Language Model in use   The Philippine variety of English spoken by

educated Filipino speakers of English, whose English cuts across regional

boundaries (variety leader Ilocano, nor Pampango, nor Visayan but English)

while maintaining the central tradition of the American English language in

its orthography, lexicology, syntax, semantics, grammar . . . (Llamzon,

1969), yet with its own country flavor which makes it distinctly Philippine

and not American, British or Singaporean (NG Casambre, 1986)
